This particular module could easily be delivered over two days as there is such a lot of information to take in. The handbook was an excellent tool to use especially as it was a virtual delivery. I really enjoyed the day. The venue and facilities were great and Evelyn really bought the module to life creating a nice amount of energy in the room. She was absolutely brilliant at allowing and enabling fluidity throughout the day, patiently and fully answering all questions as we went.
