Thank you to the Watson Martin team and especially Melanie for supporting me through the CIPD Level 7. I found the course easy to navigate and lots of infomation was provided, including on the VLE. Melanie was very helpful, advising on structure and content of the essays and ensuring I passed the modules. I felt I could always discuss with her and get something useful out of the discussions.

Very good support and online training via webinars

Course content and structure was really well thought through and structured. Liked the options to choose additional modules. All trainers were different and brought a different style and experience to the courses. Missed the opportunity to network once the sessions needs to move to webinars due to the pandemic but appreciate it was the right decision. VLE was very useful with all the links for additional reading.

Course was well structured, amazingly supported and thoroughly enjoyable to complete.

I am so thankful I found Watson Martin as a provider. All tutors have been fabulous from delivering courses to supporting with feedback. The VLE and supporting documents are incredibly helpful and well thought through to support the learning required for each of the modules. Furthermore, the additional reading lists are interesting and helpful. My tutor Sam has been an incredible support. Sam has such a depth and breadth of knowledge which she uses to signpost or explain which helped me tremendously at times and without a doubt, her support enabled my successful completion of the course.

While this module is more heavy going than others, it is totally worth it as the knowledge is so important for a role in HR. Amanda made the content clear and easy to understand, and was very helpful with any questions we had

A great qualification to gain! Which was made easier to achieve with the support of a fantastic Trainer. Joseph is a real credit to the company, his knowledge of the course and L&D in general is outstanding, but above this his ability to coach and encourage me through the more challenging aspects of the course really help to motivate and keep me engaged throughout. Whilst completing my course I found out that I was being made redundant, again Joseph was a real support to me and offered realistic advice. Overall Watson Martin is a great company to study with.

Sam's expertise and passion for the subject was really evident and kept all participants really well engaged for the full 7.5 hours! Sam was both knowledgeable and really friendly, creating a really interactive environment for the session in which everyone felt comfortable to chip in with their individual input. I cannot fault Sam's delivery of the session - she was encouraging and answered all questions that were thrown at her. I was not particularly looking forward to the 7.5 hour session, but ended up really enjoying it and finding it extremely useful!

This workshop was absolutely invaluable for understanding where to focus learning and revision for the exam. I do not know how anyone could even start without this! Sam is very knowledgeable and the day was VERY fast but it was a really good introduction to all 7 learning outcomes.

I am approaching the end of my course and wish that every other module had been as clear and helpful as the one today. I feel equipped to go away and start this module and feel that I am not taking a 'stab in the dark' with this unit.
