Really useful to discuss ideas in breakout rooms and on the course.
Lorraine mixed it up a lot and really got us all to think. The idea of working on a PESTLE analysis has always felt daunting - allowing us to discuss this as a group was useful and will help in relating this back to my own organisation. Splitting the session into half a session is also better - this will give us a chance to absorb the information. Overall I gained a lot of food for thought from today's session. Lorraine related her own experiences as examples and navigated the discussions in a very structured manner. Thank you
Joseph was VERY welcoming, let us have discussions about the subject matter, provided expect support to our questions and managed our understanding well. I was slightly nervous coming into the session as my first CIPD webinar but now can't wait for the next one.

This morning session was on a module I'm finding particularly challenging to get my head around. After the session I have a much better understanding and feel a lot more confident in what I need to do. It was all very well explained and very reassuring.

Trainer took the time to discuss the groups current experiences in relation to the course which provided a greater understanding of how to apply work related situations and how it could answer the criterium. The resources are a cross section of information, library of reading, listening, and videos which give a wide overview of research and experiences to draw from. Having the opportunity to discuss a PESTLE analysis as a group at the end of the session provided greater insight into situations that I hadn't previously considered.
Lorraine has been an absolutely fantastic supervisor. She is knowledgeable and talks through concepts really well - most of the time, once I'd spoken to Lorraine, I understood completely! She is warm and approachable and definitely went above and beyond in offering check-ins and 121s - even if just for the odd 15 minutes to chat something through. I genuinely believe that She has been instrumental in my getting through the course so quickly as she was encouraging, but didn't nag. I will really miss her!!!!
Lorraine is a brilliant trainer - she is knowledgeable and engaging, and I always look forward to her sessions. The group activities work really well and produce engaging discussions.
