It would have helped to have had the VLE documents and access to the site beforehand.

Really great session, the trainer put us all at ease as we all seemed quite nervous. Understood what was spoken about and by the end felt that I had a clearer understanding than I did prior to taking part on the webinar.

I did a distance learning programme with a tutor that guided me brilliantly through it and knew how to motivate me in challenging times. Each module is well structured and its content can be used straightaway in professional life. Overall it positively influenced my approach to work being more scientific than before now.

A huge amount to get through and very intensive day but Zita gave examples of everything so we came away with lots of notes and a good understanding of where to start and how to focus our work.

Great session, tutor delivered well and met all needs of those on the session.

A lot of information to take on board across the different elements of employment law but the course is well laid out to be able to reach the learning outcomes. Great example of case law provided. Less critical thinking involved in this module as it's hard to argue with process driven requirements of the law - the law, is the law, is the law!
