Sue is lovely, she has a calm and kind manner. She clearly knows the subject matter very well. I found it useful to go through each of the ACs and to hear suggestions from the other participants.

Tough course but the trainer was really good at helping me understand the content and she was always approachable if I needed to ask a question.
