Firstly I wasn’t instructed by ravi sumel I had Carl Atkins. He was good but more breaks need to be introduced like week one. The course overall is good but more focus on people’s backgrounds needs to be considered as the subject can be dry and straight forward and more interaction from students could be given there backgrounds.

Slides wasn’t correct and confusing not reality to what actually happens in TW

Good course content with an experienced tutor, enjoyed the story telling aspect as it brought the teaching to life. Content was relatable to the workplace and will positively impact my role. I would have liked the course to be more interactive, playing out scenarios or more videos to keep momentum and reinforce the learning.

Wrong information on course when it comes to document section

Very lecture heavy

The course was very well delivered.

It was ok.

Alot of information to take in for one day

Good Course overall, however I found there to be some unnecessary information provided that wasn’t really necessary and there was multiple meeting invite issues which resulted in delays to learning for individuals and the class.

Well delivered, material was a refresher for experienced professionals
