This result is based on this week only. Very poor training, very little interaction. Rude at times. Lost the group early on and it made it a challenge throughout. Think he was using the wrong version and it was at times quite hard to follow with our text book. All questions were based on the old style closed book which could get us in the wrong answering mode to the new open book. The hardest bit was the amount of time he just talked at us, and over us when we were speaking. No mention of methods on how to pass ie crops sheets practice questions in the work book, and constant dismissing of the PEE method I don’t think I’ve learned much if at all anything, and will now need to in my own time need to learn the thinner points of elements 7-12 Chris clearly had knowledge but for me, I could have read the good book that is supplied and saved time and money on what’s been wasted this week I do appreciate how hard it is, and Chris did continue his best (after Monday) and it would have been challenging for him has he lost us and people wouldn’t speak up, some for fear of his response or talking over them

I found the course very thought provoking with Stacey very knowledgable and also very interesting, with a great way of blending theory with real life events, which personally helped me learn. I’m not sure the content will help my role right now but it will certainly help my professional development long term, thank you

I am very disappointed with this training A 5 hours training on health and safety is not healthy and safe. More if on top of it 30% of the attendance was not in working hours. Taking a training at 4 am ,when people usually sleeps it is simply not acceptable. Besides we, as sales leaders, we are not responsible for the safety of the places, so 5 hours that it could have been done in 1 hour for the role that we have.
