Satisfactory. My workbook was incorrectly assembled making it difficult to follow. There was a lot of confusion in the class because the instruction was not always clear. The textbook was from another training provider meaning the slides didn’t always sync with the textbook.

The slide pack needs to reflect the work pack given out

Good knowledge but application to level could be improved.

David is incredibly knowledgeable about all the topics covered and prompted good discussion.

Nous n'avions pas à disposition le cours en pdf, le tuteur a fait une demande mais à ce jour nous n'avons toujours pas reçu le pdf de 200 pages du cours. Impossible de se connecter la 1ere journée Une formation planifiée sur 4 jours qui se raccourcie à 3 jours.

The tutor was exceptional in carrying out the training, her knowledge was extensive and created very good points of discussing in which she held her own and showed she was a subject expert. The actual course I don't believe aligns with the current Hitachi process and procedures which seems like a missed opportunity from Hitachi to have someone deliver a course that should align with these procedures.

There were many slides to review and go over in a couple of days.

The pace was a little slow
