The testing was poorly displayed On some questions other answers were apparently possible, however they do not display as they were below the exposed possibilities and no drop down box was provided.

Was heavily based in theory and i find it hard to keep engaged for long periods

Course was very detailed, however relating the scenarios to exam questions was often not done. Could do with making the scenarios either just stop points of knowledge or mini exam questions. A mixture without explanation wasn't good.

I feel the course tried to cram too much into 3 days - i have done this course a few times before and it has been reduced from 5 days to 4 days and now 3 days. Hence why i have given it a 3. Chris Proud the tutor was fantastic - very knowledgeable, warm and approachable.

The course was far too long to be doing 8 hours on a teams call. Myself I prefer to do face to face courses. The content should be directed more at what we do as a business
