This is a very well structured course & was well delivered by an experienced trainer. We had a spectrum of delegates & the trainer was able to foster a positive learning environment throughout the day.

It was a great training, and David delivered the training well. Perhaps it should be spread out over a week, and shorter hours as it was a lot of very valuable information to grasp in a short time span.
