Scores reflect that I am unlikely to be in the position of recommending suppliers to anyone.

Great overview of CDM, covering the main points with going into too much unnecessary detail. The quiz sections were a nice touch to keep engaged throughout. Luke was very friendly and did well to keep everyone interested. I haven't looked in detail at the course booklet, but I'm sure it will come in handy along with the tips for up to date information on various websites.

Being new to the world or risk assessments I would have liked more of an overview on what one looks like. More information on the number scales when assessing Being neurodivergent I found all the taking about subjects hard to digest. More visuals, so the slides and images when taking about the subjects would have worked better for me. Again being neurodivergent the test at the end was my worse nightmare having to type words and use on a PDF version, and being faced with a whole page of writing. More visuals, drop down boxes and automation would have made it easier to complete.

The content was relevant to what I do and really pointed to challenges I do face.

Very comprehensive course. Having had nearly 40 years across a wide range of industries (farming, fabrication, landscaping, building/construction, policing) I have found that human factors that are probably the biggest cause of safety problems across the board. Although Chris covered this, it was in effect a bonus module and it would have been nice to have some discussion around how to try and change people (at the lower levels especially ) attitudes to safety. I totally understand the importance of worker involvement and top down attitude, but in my experience unless there is some disciplinary measure in place for not wearing PPE or using equipment safely, people will take risks. I just felt that it could have been given more time in the course.
