Good course.

The course had a good agenda with a good amount of teaching and group exercises to get us involved. Stephen Woolf was absolutely amazing and turned a 'dry' subject into something really entertaining as well as being very informative. He allowed us to tailor the conversations to our own roles and understand how we should implement CDM into our roles.

Course was useful and the tutor gave good information that I can use when working on the shop floor

a long course but very informative. could be improved being more interactive

course was good, but not relevant to Probation operations and the trainer was not really aware of the business with anecdotes related to other business and some was irrelevant. Increased information about legislation and impact would help
