The training was excellent very interactive, engaging, and hands‑on. We took part in all the manual handling techniques and the resuscitation practice. The trainer, Kennedy, was outstanding. He explained everything clearly, supported everyone throughout, and made the session enjoyable and easy to follow. Please give a big thumbs‑up to Kennedy for delivering such a high‑quality training.
