Excellent

This was a course with 24 people for the afternoon session so it was not practical for everyone to use some of the equipment available.

The course was well.presented by an enthusiastic trainer who took a great interest in all the course participants.

Prefer more practical learning rather than powerpoint

The trainer was clearly not given enough notice about the location - this was not his fault. I found the trainer very good and knowledgeable, there was more knowledge imparted than usual on the refresher. The slides did not contain some of the knowledge imparted. I think there was a misunderstanding among our group - some delegates took offence to something that was said however I think they misunderstood the trainer's meaning - I thought he was very good.

Overall it was a very positive experience. The trainer, John Madden, was excellent — knowledgeable, engaging, and clear throughout the day, making even dense material easy to understand and relevant to real practice. However, the venue let the course down. Being held in a basement with no WiFi, poor audio equipment, very cheap coffee, and no accessibility for wheelchair users or others with disabilities was disappointing and detracted from an otherwise well-delivered training. With a better, more inclusive venue, this course would be outstanding.

It was nice being partaker of the course from the beginning to the end

Because is long training we need some snacks for morning and afternoon we need some sandwiches.
