Nathan was very interactive with everyone. He gave everyone a chance to express how they felt or reminisce on their experiences. I enjoyed sharing what I knew based upon what I saw

One of the best trainings I have had in a long time. The trainer makes it very enjoyable and allows everyone time to share their opinions.

The PMVA (Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression) training was highly effective and well-structured. It provided a clear balance between theory and practical skills, focusing on safety, de-escalation techniques, and maintaining dignity and respect in challenging situations. The trainers Paul and John were knowledgeable, supportive, and ensured that all participants felt confident in applying the skills to real workplace scenarios. Overall, it was an engaging and valuable training that enhanced both professional competence and confidence
