Great session

Enjoyed the training and learnt new things and practices

The trainer was great. The venue owner rude and patronising, had to pay for a hot drink, some people travelled all the way from Cornwall- imagine arriving and meeting with that. I think they charged for the parking as well - lucky I parked down the road

I feel much more confident in my BLS skills now, and I’ll definitely be mindful of my posture during manual tasks! Thanks for making a mandatory course so much fun. The breakaway session was a bonus
