I really appreciate the effort put into this training session. It was well-structured, engaging, and very informative. The session on basic life support was particularly useful, as it helped me understand how to give CPR when necessary. I also liked how interactive the training was, making it easy to grasp key concepts.

Nathan was enthusiastic traininer, made sure everyone joined and understood before moving on also input additional knowledge which was great help to add to my knowledgebucket. Completed my BSL and Moving and handling too. Thank yoh Nathan.
