Excellent training

It was really nice to having this course. I like the trainer, she was so lovely and friendly.

It was fantastic

I had a great training , i was motivated and i learnt a lot .I am very happy.

Shabaz is very fantastic and the course is engaging, not boring at all.

Very eventful and educative

Poor organisation from the company lead to the trainer being late. Some content was skipped but this was partially due to knowledge of the group. Overall the trainer provided clear content and engaging group work.

For attendants like me who struggle to comprehend the Scottish accent i will suggest the presenter uses a laser pointer so participants can follow the portion of the slides being read

Trainer was excellent-very pleased with his performance Good knowledge, stories and rapport with the delegates Less impressed with the venue-flasks of tea/coffee arrived in the morning but not in the afternoons Cafe closed and lunch not provided , it would have been helpful if this had been advised before the course

Practical parts was so interesting
