The training was very professional and highly useful. It covered all required topics and met all expectations. I would highly recommend this course. Janek provided all necessary information to a high standard and clearly demonstrated strong professionalism, knowledge, and skills throughout the training. This was the best training session I have attended. About video: In my opinion, training videos demonstrating manual handling and transfers to a chair or wheelchair should avoid staff kneeling on the floor or placing a patient’s feet on their legs. From an infection control perspective, this practice is not ideal. Additionally, kneeling close to a patient may increase risk to staff safety. In situations involving patients with psychological or behavioural difficulties, this position could make staff more vulnerable to sudden aggression. While such techniques may be necessary in rare or urgent situations, they should not be presented as standard practice within formal education or training materials.

Great delivery overall, this is the third time I have attended for ILS previous 2 held by the NHS, and this was by far much more detailed and engaging.

Adrian B was really good. He took time to explain everything. It was more like a refresher course to me as well. Adrian made it so seamless and interesting and I didn't know how the time went by so fast. Would definitely recommend.
