I would rate the Moving and Handling course 5 stars. The training was very informative, engaging, and well-organised, with a great balance of theory and practical activities. A special thanks to Jonathan Johnson, who was an excellent trainer. He was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and patient. He explained everything clearly, made the sessions interactive and enjoyable, and ensured everyone understood the techniques. I gained valuable knowledge and confidence that I can apply in my workplace. Overall, it was a fantastic learning experience. 5 stars for both the course and Jonathan Johnson! Highly recommended!
