Very informative and engaging training session. The trainer was very knowledgeable of her subject matter and her realistic examples and demonstration exercises reinforces learning. The personality of the trainer encourages learning and easy memory recall. Having a demo bed to practice use of slide sheets instead of on the floor would be beneficial especially with persons with knee problems having knee pain or problems. But overall, a very beneficial session. Well done and thanks Karen.
