The Training was good we shared experiences with Each other I learnt many new skills. Overall the experience was very beneficial for my progression in this field of work.

The trainer demonstrated good knowledge and skills and the group interaction was good. However he did not always look at the participants and was at times reading from a screen to his side. He also seemed to be unaware that at times the slides could not be seen or were too small. Im sure this can be improved with some practice.

I don't understand much English, but I was very confused because I couldn't use my cell phone even once. I attended classes without using a translator. So I concentrated very hard in class, and as a result I was able to pass the exam, which was great. However, I felt that this was a bit too strict. I don't use my phone for fun, so I would like to be allowed to use it.

A very good refresher and it brought back the use of tools in our reach.

Worked with Steve on initial certification. He's a great instructor and makes the work clear and understandable.

Paul is very good and has a sound knowledge of the manual handling course for trainers. Paul is quite slow in the delivery of the subject - however the slides seems to be more than what it should have been. I would appreciate a more split training between a theory in the morning and the practical in the afternoon. Overall very good course.
