Very interesting all the way through

It was a nice environment and it was informative. This is a good training once in a while for refreshing

Karen is excellent at explaining and ensuring that staff understand the subject. She asks questions while giving staff time to get involved and respond appropriately.

Excellent teacher, obviously likes her job and made the whole day interesting and engaging. Even though I’ve done this before , I learned a lot of new things today.
