Nice practice improvement in skills

Ahmed was very knowledgeable and the session was very informative and useful for my practice. However, the venue was not set up well for his session, particularly as there was no screen for a presentation.

Jo was great at keeping everyone engaged and assessing understanding before moving on. One of the best trainers I have experienced in 15 years. Very welcoming and super knowledgeable.
