Fairly comperhensive course .

It was okay for a refresher

There weren’t enough tea cups to go round the participants.

I found training relevant and important as far as care is concerned. I had no knowledge in hoisting. I am now confident in moving and handling care users. Thank you

Videos out dated to information given. Ran out of tea mid-morning. Training not relevant for my job role. However Max is a great trainer with amazing knowledge
