Very professional and entertained trainer

For new staff a poor MH because not able to practice with hoist as the service date had expired. Better resuscitation than last years as put into smaller groups to practice and was well managed by trainer. Trainer didn’t show much enthusiasm for his job

The training was very practical, with clear demonstrations and hands-on practice. The use of simulation mannequins made it easier to apply skills in a realistic setting
