The phlebotomy training was well organised and informative. I gained valuable practical skills and feel more confident performing venipuncture and cannulation safely and professionally.

It was an interesting training and I truly learnt new things.

Excellent Lessons

Half day

I have done this course before, this was 100 per cent better. The day flew by, learnt lots of new information and a great update. Jo has been exceptionally friendly, made the group welcome and also made the more nervous members feel valued and they soon relaxed and became involved. I must confess I was not looking forward to this as I have been before and it was a very ‘dry’ day and death by PowerPoint etc. This was interactive, relaxed atmosphere and so much better presented. Will hopefully get Jo against next year
