Good

The trainer/ mentor was amazing and I really appreciated how Mrs. Susan Smith guided us answering all questions we had whilst also allowing us to think freely and flexibly. She also maintained good work balance allowing us breaks whilst also sticking to schedule! The venue was lackluster however and didn’t provide the proper equipment but it was in a lovely area and was quiet enough that I was able to focus. Plus shops were close for lunch.

Very relevant to our practice. And very interactive

Only got booklets at the end. Would have been nice to have during the presentation to refer to and make notes in. Our presenter was excellent, great practical advice and a lovely humorous touch, which made the day very enjoyable.

Had to pay parking on top of course fees

I feel more confident in myself and my ability to perform restraint if ever needed or necessary

The venue rooms are okay but the parking space is not well okay and not spacious for cars to manoeuvre. Thr trainers are top notch and used all the materials and equipments available to train us.
