We had paid for 2 days use of the equipment for practical training in our facility and the hoist was delivered but collected before the end of the training. This was out of our control and we did not have chance to use it despite paying extra, the bed was also a massage bed, which was not practical. No boards, slide sheets, etc, The sling was a toileting sling Videos were out of date Gracie is a fantastic facilitator

The venue was adequate , good lighting, spacious with good temperature

Trainer used a novel and interactive approach which meant there was meaningful engagement, the day didn’t feel to long.

We didn’t get all the equipment we needed and it was taken away 12pm on thr second day even though we paid for 2 full days

Equipment was hired for 2 days but was collected on the second day at 12pm so we were unable to use it. Videos were dated and not up to standard regulations

Videos need updating as the content is a bit outdated. Also the hospital group took our equipment too early. Slides were good though.

The trainer was really excellent, perfect and resourceful in all aspects. Now l have acquired in understanding and knowledge in ILS. I will be able to practice it in my work place.

The Trainer was excellent however some of the attendees were so disruptive with their phones especially two african guys one with maroon shirt constantly busy on their phones despite being told to switch their phones off and were in and out of the classroom.They behaved like school kids.Very disrespectful.You can tell when people are just there just to obtain certificates.They were so unprofessional and annoying however the Trainer has handled everything well.

We need fluids but no fluids and the room was very cold.
