Birmingham city centre not a good choice for a venue. Clean air charges apply. Parking is a nightmare, the hall is old, delapidated and unuser friendly. First day we were given dirty drinking water. Tea and coffee was luke warm. Trainers were excellent

Venue average, some of the lights didn’t work, toilets located on basement floor only. Looking a bit tired. The trainer really knew his stuff and tried hard with some difficult students. Could have done with more time to speak with him.

Venue was excellent - natural light and spacious. There was a bit of distraction to the afternoon session with afternoon delegates arriving late causing the trainer to have to break off to deal with them

Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Trainer explained everything pretty well without boring us and he kept is interactive as possible.... he cleared every queries with detailed life experience.
