There was no printed material provided as they used to do previously, which is always handy to refer and add points during the training session. The trainer Andra was amazing who managed to keep up the interest throughout the session.

I attended the CSTF MANDATORY course which I always attend yearly and fortunate enough to have the same instructor.She explains the topics clearly and provideds pragtical examples that makes it easy to understand.Overall i am satisfied with the course.
