Gaynor was very thorough in her training, there was definitely people there that had never done CPR and could probably do with a full day of it to actually be able to do it for real.

Gaynor Heeks was amazing and I learned alot. I did not even have the chance to doze because Gaynor was engaging us and made sure it was interactive.
