Very enjoyable day. Kevin was a bundle of energy, with an amazing memory and made the day fun and interactive. Everyone joined in and chatter and laughter were abound. His knowledge of the subject matters was immense with lots of stories to help with relevance. Everyone was made to feel comfortable and relaxed
