Our instructor today was very informative & engaging. He made the session fun while also stressing the importance of care training, and easily encouraged all members to participate. He helped everyone feel open to learning from him and clearly cares about his job very dearly. The venue was also very neat, welcoming and comfortable and was an easy environment to learn in.

It was a great teaching and learning experience.

Teaming was well detailed and well everyone participated with, trainer was willing to answer all questions , the training was brilliant.

The trainer demonstrated all that was needed and made sure we understood all that was thouught. Its a nice and convenient venue. I highly recommend.

Great session, but bed needed for manual handling.

Mostly good could have done with more toilets and some snacks please
