Adrian & Sue were brilliant, very friendly, explained each course clearly and also entertaining which makes the course more enjoyable.
Great communication and kept the group engaged through out
The course was a good refresher. It may need to be adjusted to provide more time to go through the content for people who have not delivered manual handling training previously.
Informative and adaptive to needs of group engaging
In the quiz the question around covert medication it states the answer is hiding medication in food. It can also entail putting medication into drinks if agreed with the pharmacist/ family/ doctor and any way that the patient can get essential medications. I think this answer is misleading
