The Lecturer was very good in impacting the knowledge through his explanation and demonstrations. He even created some scenarios in which all the Candidates were involved. It was very practical and understanding.

Venue: Venue was clean and tidy however toilets were on the bottom floor. In addition to this the trainers had to provide our refreshments on the second day as this was not provided by the venue. We often would have the refreshments taken away at lunch time. Trainer and course: The course was great, so easy to follow and learn with the focus of primary knowledge and deescalation at the forefront of the training. It was brilliant that both trainers have a wealth of experience in the industry and in care, teaching high levels of care and practise. Would recommend to everyone and really enjoyed my three days with the health and safety group.
