Old cold venue Nice lady but the same exact content and teaching style as 12 months ago. Very static textbook style. Unrealistic to job and some useless material. Teacher was nice but exhausting day sat down for hours

This was a excellent class the Trainer was very knowledgeable he explained the material clearly and effectively. His teaching style made it easy to understand. I am confident in what I learned. I would recommend this class.

Kevin was excellent! Encouraged participation, challenge us to think through pertinent work situations and communicate. Learnt a lot of new info and felt I got a thorough refresher update.
