Trainer was very engaging in the way she delivered the course. Only opposite our venue was another company presenting and they were a bit loud.

Best trainer I’ve had in years. She made me feel relaxed as soon as I walked in and I feel most felt the same. The question paper was a much better idea than giving a sheet of paper and pen, got everyone interacting. Exchanging experiences works well too. Knowledgeable trainer. Can tell she’s experienced. Venue good. Easy access to public transport
