John made sure we were all included in discussions and practical training. I'm very happy with the course as it covered everything I need for going forward in my chosen field.

The trainer was brilliant

The training as always was excellent. Slide speed could be slightly slower so you can read everything, especially since there was no manual to refer to. I think that a couple of packets of biscuits from the Pound Store would not break the bank. Also fresh hot water, for tea, in the afternoon would be nice. I would like to suggest an hot water urn would be more cost effective, instead of half the coffee going to waste, in the jug that it was served in because it’s gone cold & you can’t make tea with lukewarm water.

The training was very educational and practical everything was educative the videos shown were very clear and detailed and Educative .we participated and asked questions in each sections .and answer questions when the training trainer asked .

The training was in-depth and educative. The trainer knew what she was about and delivered excellently. I would say the training was worth it
