The room was rather too small for the number of participants.Overall the venue was convenient, centrally located and quiet. No interruptions.

Very lovely and engaging trainer with indepth knowledge of his course. He was relaxed but very much in control of the class. He gave a lot of real life and practical scenarios making the whole house relatable and applicable in real workplace.

The tutor(Nathan) delivered the training in a clear, professional, and engaging manner. All topics were explained thoroughly, with practical examples that made the learning easy to understand and apply. The tutor created a supportive and confident learning environment, encouraged questions, and ensured everyone was comfortable with the practical sessions, especially the resuscitation modules. I found the session well-organised, informative, and highly beneficial. I would strongly recommend this tutor and training provider to others.
