I learned a lot and the trainer taught, explained and demonstrated quality exercise. I will have to go through the rest of the teaching, which I did not catch so fast. My trainers name is Mr. Shahbaz, who have good quality in training and comforting trainees. I'm happy and obliged to have been trained under this organization.
