Brilliant practical training that enhance my knowledge. The venue was good they provide drinks and some snacks.

Yvonne was fantastic,knowledgeable and very engaging. I found the morning session more interesting,the afternoon,covering autism,I think would be useful for people who were new to care and/or autism...I know that there is always something new to learn,but I found that a lot of it was stuff that anyone working for any amount of time in Mentaur would know.

Basement room was dark no windows at all Too congested Yes there was an air conditioner but it was not interesting

Our trainer Kevin, was very knowledgeable, engaging and made the day very interesting. Time flew by.
