Very good instructor. Explains well and is patient. Made the course very interesting and there was active participation. Loved it. We always think we know, but there is always something new to learn.

Great day and trainer was very knowledgeable, spoke well and engaged us throughout. I scored lower on handouts as we didn’t have any but that wasn’t an issue really. Room was okay but not the best conditions
