I found the ILS training to be highly valuable and well-structured. The facilitators were knowledgeable, approachable, and created a supportive learning environment where questions were encouraged. The practical sessions were particularly beneficial, as they allowed me to build confidence in managing emergencies, practicing resuscitation skills, and working effectively as part of a team.
