Hannah & Lorraine where amazing and where excellent at speaking and engaging with us on the training.The PowerPoint was dated and needs work Kieran has knowledge and is a good trainer however the PowerPoint presentation let him down! I also feel that the course should have a pass or a fail due to a few people not engaging and being on there phone's
Paul’s training was very good. He made sure we understood every step. It’s unfortunate that some people who joined the afternoon session were disruptive
