I attended a training session delivered by Andra and it was excellent. The session was very informative and well structured. I have gained more knowledge and feel much more confident in my understanding. Andra delivered the training in a clear and engaging way making it easy to follow and learn. I would highly recommend her as a trainer to others.

Sue was really knowledgable and really helpful. Answered all the questions everyone had and made sure everyone was comfortable and confident. Plenty of equipment to practice on and lots of chances to have a go.

The venue didn't provide fresh coffee. So 1 flask was meant to last all day and the hotel didn't refresh water
