His approach encouraged open discussion and active participation, which made the learning experience both interactive and enjoyable. He presented various real-life scenarios that helped us apply the material in a practical way, making the training feel highly relevant and realistic. What stood out most was his ability to explain concepts clearly and in great detail, while also encouraging us to think critically and explore ideas beyond the standard answers.
