She is a very interactive and good trainer .

Nathan is an excellent Tutor, very well trained to train others perfect! A very good guy, have good sense of humour, listened to each student when needed. The training was very good and educative learnt some of the things I hadn't come across. Brilliant!!!!

There was no sign posting on arrival as to were the room was and struggled to find staff to show me. I found the trainer Annie was engaging, Knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Some people were late and it was great that she didn't allow these people into the training as they were 30 minutes after start time and Annie would have had to repeat the information that had been taught. I would enjoy doing more courses with Annie as she was a lovely trainer.

I feel it could be made be made much clearer about the first day of study for ti's course and how the day 1 course material is accessed.

Karen is definitely one of the best educators that deliver training. Her teaching methods, engagement, knowledge and practical simulation techniques are delivered expertly while maintaining an interactive session. She also has the ability to tap into her personal experiences and make the training very relatable. Amazing and inspiring Educator!
