Trainer was quite knowledgeable and friendly.

The instructor was very good and was easy to understand

Everything about the training was excellent and tutor too was exceptional

Well led course by Debbie for needed update on Health and safety issues

Facilitators were genuinely 10/10 but most content was not relevant to my field of work

Parking very expensive. Half day drawn out. Should not mix experience medical professionals with non medical professionals. If this is the only training non medical professionals are receiving this could be quite worrying. As an experienced medical professionals they training is extremely drawn out. Trainer in all fairness a lovely lady .
