Nathan is clearly very passionate about his work and teaching, and his knowledge of the subject is evident. He brings a lot of energy to the day, which made it engaging, though at times the pace and style felt quite intense for a full-day session. Some of the questioning could have been more focused on drawing out key facts to encourage clearer responses. Overall, it was a good and informative day—long, but different from the other sessions—and it reflected Nathan’s strong expertise and commitment to his work One area that could be improved is the provision of amenities during the day. Refreshments such as tea and coffee felt quite limited, with supplies running out at times. Given that this is a paid course and a full-day session, more consistent access to refreshments—perhaps including additional tea, coffee, milk, and light snacks—would have helped make the day more comfortable for attendees

The content was good, but trainer could have been more concise with subjects (spent a lot of time on the same subject. Using some newer statistics could be better.

I completed the NG/PEG course today and found it extremely informative and well delivered. The content was clear, practical, and easy to follow, with a good balance of theory and hands on guidance. I feel much more confident in both the procedure and aftercare. A very worthwhile course. I would highly recommended.
