Would have been helpful to have tables when doing paper work tasks

The training was very informative, was delivered by a law expert who clarified and highlighted the areas of concern and what to be aware of and what to do, where to go in case of a problem. The training was excellent.

Overall we learnt a lot about the practical elements of m&h people. Learning wasn’t sent to us ahead of the training which we should have apparently had but Jill was able to adapt and ensure we all had the confidence before leaving.

Training was good as a refresher, feel if it was my first encounter with it could have been overwhelming and written, print outs of resource material or reference to video's to re-access would be advantageous.
